Dickie Noles is best known by Phillies phans for being a member of the 1980 World Championship team. Noles joined the Phillies as a rookie in 1979, and pitched two more full seasons in Philadelphia. He would later play for the Cubs, Rangers, Orioles and Indians as well.
These days, Noles is employed by the Phillies as an employee assistance professional. I caught up with Dickie recently and asked him what his job entails, about his memories of the 1980 team, about his guest appearance on The Food Network's Dinner: Impossible and more. Check out the media player below to listen to the full interview.
